If you would like to block customers for online booking in your practice, for example because they have not shown up several times without cancelling the appointment, you can do this in Petleo Connect.
To do this, go to the ‘Customers’ tab ➝ select the relevant customer➝ click on the 3 dots to the right (‘Show menu’) and then select the ‘Block’ option.
