How can I contact customers directly?

Here you can find out how to send a message to a customer in the form of an SMS or e-mail

Click on the “Customers” tab on the left and search for the customer you want to contact and click on them:

You can see all the Customers Information now. Click on the three dots to view your options:

Click on 'Send Message':

You can now create a message or use your Templates:
