Here you will find instructions on how to cancel and view appointments
If you would like to cancel the appointment, please use Petleo in the browser or via the app with the following instructions. Contact your veterinary practice directly by email or phone if it is not possible to cancel via the app.
Open your app, click on ‘Profile’ at the bottom right, then on ‘My bookings’. Select the appointment you want to cancel or edit. Then click on ‘Details’ to see more information about the appointment. You can also click on ‘Cancel appointment’ at the bottom of the page.
