# Appointment booking - Advanced Customization

## Here you will find all the settings relating to appointment booking. Change your appointment interval, the maximum appointment length or the buffer time and add reminders or information

Click on the ‘Clinic’ tab on the left  
Select the second item ‘Advanced settings’ from the ‘Appointment bookings’ block.

### How much time do you need in advance?

### Do you need extra time for new customers, or do you want to deactivate booking for new customers?

### Standard appointment interval:

Set your standard appointment interval here. (This is not the duration of the treatments, but the bookable slots).

Example 30 minutes:

### Set maximum appointment duration:

If a customer books 3 services and the appointment would last 90 minutes, the appointment will be limited to 60 minutes in this example.

### Set your cancellation rules:

If you block late cancellation, the customer can't cancel if the appointment is in under 24 hours.

 

### Customize Infotexts during online booking:

Type in your text and click on "Save" before entering the next text.
